No — you don't need anything before the discovery call. After we agree on scope, we'll help you select the right monday.com plan for your team size. monday.com starts at $9/user/month. That's a separate cost from our implementation fee, which covers our labor and expertise.
How long does the full setup take?
Quick Start is delivered in 5 business days. Operations Essentials takes 7–10 days. Growth Suite takes 2–3 weeks. Custom Build is scoped to your project — typically 3–6 weeks. We give you a firm timeline in the proposal before any money changes hands.
What if I already have a monday.com account with some boards set up?
No problem. We start with an audit of what you have, keep what's working, and rebuild what isn't. We won't charge you to start from scratch if you have a solid foundation already. The discovery call is where we assess this — it's free and there's no commitment.
Is the training really in Spanish?
Yes. Andres Ramirez is bilingual and conducts all training in the language your team is most comfortable with — English, Spanish, or a mix of both. All written documentation and SOP guides can be delivered in both languages.
What's the 30-day setup guarantee?
If your workspace isn't fully built, tested, and your team isn't trained within the agreed timeline, you don't pay the final 50%. We finish what we promised — or we refund the difference. The guarantee also covers the first 30 days of use: if something breaks due to our configuration, we fix it at no additional cost.
Do I need technical skills to maintain it after setup?
No. We build systems that non-technical owners can manage day-to-day. Adding items, updating statuses, checking dashboards — all straightforward. If you want to build new automations or integrations down the road, that's what the monthly maintenance add-on is for.
