Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of software and services provided by ValuConnect Solutions ("ValuConnect", "we", "us").
SMS messaging terms
What the messages are. When you call a business that uses ValuConnect and the call is not answered, you receive an automated text so the business can help you without you having to call back. If you submit a form on their website, you receive a text confirming they have your request. If you have an appointment, you may receive status updates about it.
Why you are receiving them. Because you contacted that business. Messages are a reply to your call, text, or form submission — they are not marketing, and we do not add you to any list.
- Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business. A typical exchange is a few messages.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@vcsolutions.us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out is honoured immediately and applies to all future messages from the business you contacted through our system.

Service description
ValuConnect provides software that captures missed calls, replies to enquiries, schedules appointments, and reports on the results, on behalf of the businesses that subscribe to it. We act on the instructions of those businesses.
Client responsibilities
If you are a ValuConnect client, you agree to:
- Use the service only to communicate with people who have contacted your business, or who have otherwise consented to hear from you.
- Not use it to send unsolicited marketing.
- Comply with applicable law, including the TCPA and carrier requirements.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
We may suspend a client whose use puts message deliverability, our carrier relationships, or recipients at risk.
Fees
Setup fees and monthly subscription amounts are as quoted. Monthly fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice unless agreed otherwise in writing. Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation has begun.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third parties — telephony, hosting and AI providers — whose outages may affect it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValuConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Not professional advice
Estimates produced by our tools, including any revenue or "leak" figures, are illustrative projections based on the inputs given. They are not guarantees of results.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
